Indian Street Food Journey

Salkaara Street is an extension from the SALKAARA brand focussing more on bringing strongly flavoured Indian street food to Bristol . Though there is Keralan influence throughout the menu which follows the roots of chef Santhosh, he has brought in specialities from all over India and create a casual vibrant atmosphere where our guests can catch up be it for a quick coffee and snack or for some tasty street food with a drink.

The menu includes quick paratha rolls, thalis and a selection of bites which are perfect to munch with a drink. With a view to cater to a wider palette, there are some all-time British favourites but definitely with a change in taste you would have had elsewhere.

The team are developing a new range of cocktails and very soon we will have a wider drinks menu on offer.

One of the best lamb curries I’ve ever tried! If you go please ask for a peshwari naan (naan filled with coconut) it is amazing. Staff are super friendly too. Definitely coming back!

The food is absolutely amazing, I have been multiple times to Salkaara street and have never been disappointed! In fact I would recommend this place to anyone as it's not only the food but the atmosphere at the restaurant is also very cosy and the chef's are very friendly!
